Mr. Dincer is the founding partner of Dincer Law after 15 years of experience at Ariemre Attorneys at Law where he led consultancy department and rendered a full range of legal services and has expertise in any matter involving international business transactions and Turkish law execution as the managing partner of the firm. Acting legal counsel to major leading global companies as including hotel chains, automotive brands, logistics companies for 15 years, he has extensive experience on corporate, labour and civil law. Prior to joining Ariemre, Mr. Dincer practised in capital markets, acting for issuers and underwriters in equity, including initial public offerings, debt and equity-linked instruments.

He also represented Istanbul Bar Association in various organizations. He further advises on legal matters on employment issues, as including restructuring and reorganization of the companies and effect of those to the employment matters, transfer of the employees and the rights of employees and employers during M&A or spin off projects, employment related matters which may have effect on investment decisions, mass dismissal and all other related matters. Together with providing opinion on the legal model strategy and roadmap of implementation of the legal matter is also provided to the clients.
